python applications/task2.py, but error #33

Hi, when I run task2.py, but error happens. It display 'utf-8' codec can't decode byte 0xb0 in position 189: invalid start byte I have set project encoding as 'utf-8' but it doesn't work. I also tried run 'python applications/task2.py -n' , but it still doesn't work.
