TVMaze data issue error message problem #958

| 4.9.6 |ERROR| TVMaze Data issue: 32819 has the wrong TVDB Id based on tt7942796. Should be tv: (TV Maze) TVDB:-1 TMDB:-1 TVMaze:-1 (,,) [Magnum P.I.], currently is 350068.

Adjust https://github.com/TV-Rename/tvrename/blob/befd78e8bf66915172c6a2f39969257c5d5c973a/TVRename/Sources/TVMAZE/API.cs#L143 to make updates from -1 to real value not report a message
