4.9.6 using TBA/TDB for new shows.. #961

just upgraded to 4.9.6 (great work!).

Have encountered an issue with a few shows. TVDB shows them as having titles, but TVRename just displays "TBA" or "TBD", even after a forced refresh.

Example: The Clearing (2023) TVDB: image

TVRename: image

Same thing happens with FUBAR. Yes, TV Source is set to The TVDB.

I would wait a day or two. The Clearing and FUBAR were only recently modified (yesterday and today). It sometimes takes awhile for any changes or additions to appear in the API even though they show on the TVDB website. I've seen this many times in the past. You could try a Forced Refresh of the shows and it possibly might make the new API entries appear slightly sooner.

I didn't realize that TVDB was on Github. Since they closed down the Support Forum and started their ticket system, about a year or two ago, it's felt like they've been hiding behind a wall. Now, with Github, I won't have to guess at what is going on there.
