[Patch]Add Uplay to winetricks #323

Hi,

I create a patch to add the Ubisoft's downloader called UPlay. This patch 
install the workaround for the bugs #33742 and #33673.

Cool.  Would that verb be easier to read if it used w_override_app_dlls
instead of a .reg file?

Hi Dan,

I create a patch to delete dll thanks to w_override_dlls. i don't know if it's 
a good patch for you but it works for me. 

I attach the new UPlay patch too.

Thanks, nice work.  Committed, with corrections, as r999 and r1000.

Was there a reason to set windows to XP?  I left that out for the moment.

Even the corrected patches had whitespace problems (tabs instead of spaces).
You'll get the hang of it!

Can you verify that it works?  I haven't downloaded any games, since uplay
doesn't offer any free ones that aren't just web-based.
