Missing Sound. #356

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Unknown

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? Setting holding the 
options that have been selected. Settings appears to do nothing.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
 Wine tricks 7/7/13. Xubuntu 12.04LTS

Please provide any additional information below. Sound is missing and I am 
unable to get it back. When selecting the setting for Alsa, it doesn't appear 
to stick as I still get no sound. When I look in the winecfg, there is no 
driver listed for the sound (ie. alsa or pulse). I have tired upgrading and 
then downgrading Wine itself with no luck as others have mentioned doing. No 
clue how this happen and current steps to fix said issue have failed. I have 
not tired uninstalling all of Wine and reinstalling. That is a last ditch 
effort for me.

I don't think your question has to do with winetricks.

Try asking on http://forum.winehq.org, that's probably a better place.
