Allow arbitrary virtual desktop size #384

Now vd sizes are predefined (640x480, 800x600, 1024x768, 1280x1024, 1440x900), 
anything other isn't allowed.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. winetricks vd=1440x880

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Unknown arg vd=1440x880

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest SVN on Gentoo amd64

Confirming. I've attached a nasty hack that allows this. There may be a cleaner 
way, but I don't have time to look through all the w_do_call/w_call/etc. mess 
to find it.

@Dan, mind if I commit this? Or would you like to take a look at cleaning it up 
better?
