[Patch]Add dsound dll from win7 version

Hi,

As i explained in my latest comment in the bugreport #13046, "Beyond Good & 
Evil" game has two sound problem.

#1 : With a clean prefix, there is an intermittent audio looping in game.
Install "dsound" from winetricks resolv this problem but create a new bug.

#2 : The bug create by "winetricks dsound" concern the synchronisation between 
video and sound. 

The dsound version is the cause for the bug #2. "winetricks dsound" installed 
the dll from Directx9 installer which is a winXP version.

So, i replace the winXP version by the win7 from my own Seven partition and the 
game + sound work without problem.

This patch create a new entry in winetricks => dsound_win7
I didn't know if it's necessary or if i could modify "dsound" entry.

sorry, mediafire.com is not an authoritative or safe enough source for that DLL.
Can you find a better source?

winetricks should only download ms dlls from the
most has-a-business-reason-to-make-microsoft-happy
site available, and should avoid shady sites (e.g. eastern europe) like the 
plague.
winetricks.org does not host any microsoft files, nor does
it point to questionable DLL download sites.

Hum..
Sorry, i haven't a better source. This dll is mine dll from my own 7 partition.
No idea if a source exist for the Win7 version of dsound dll.
