need Message Queue for installing a windows application

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. attempt to install a program that uses message queuing
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Either the program is able to install Message queuing during the install or it 
addable through Winetricks

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Wine 1.6.2 on Ubuntu 14.04

Please provide any additional information below.
Message Queuing is normally runs on windows as a network service under the name 
mqsvc.exe

This is a wine bug, unless you know of a download for it, winetricks can't 
really do much here.

It's normally installed though windows features 

but I think this is the correct file

DllGet isn't an acceptable source. It needs to be legit, with permission from 
Microsoft (preferably on their site, but not required).

okay, I've looked into it some more, it's only installable though windows 
features
