Set Maximum Number of Pages Shown In Pager Via Options #17

When working on a web application for a particular client, I needed the
ability to easily set the maximum number of pages displayed in the pager.

I've attached a patch which adds the specified functionality using an
option named "maxPagesToShow" which defaults to 7.

Correction: Left a console.log statement in my patch. Use this one instead.
