Load the first page thumbnail..not all the thumbnail

Good Day!

First of all thanks a lot for this wonderful gallery.

I have only a question regarding in loading of the thumbnails..

Currently in the gallery it will load all the thumbnails then just hide it
by per page..

What i want to do is when loading the gallery.. It will load only the first
page thumbnail not all the thumbnail.. when you click the page 2 it will
only load the thumbnail for page 2.. Is this possible?

I try to edit your code but no success.. Can you help me.. or just explain
it where part of your code that i will edit.

there's a setting for that - look for one about preloading images

That setting is actually for the gallery images themselves. Thumbnail images 
get loaded 
in one big hit.  This is a feature I would like to include as well.  I'm going 
to have 
a go at modifying the code to do, and if I am successful, I will post the patch 
for the 
author.

Has a patch been created yet to solve this problem?  I see a brief flash of all 
the thumnails on some of the gallerific galleries that I have created

this issue prevents me from creating galleries with 300+ photos.

I actually create a 3000 picture photo gallery. it works but the initial load 
time is very slow due to the thumbnails all loading at once. :P
