Layout of gallery is garbled for a moment on first load or refresh #64

If you load the page you will see all the images in the gallery with their
captions load on the page. Then after a second or two it will snap into the
correct layout.

It seems like it takes a second to process the javascript or CSS. But I
noticed other galleries do not do this. How do I hide the gallery until it
is processed? Or am I missing something else.

I am using IE 8 and FF 3.5 (both with same problem) with Windows 7. J-query
1.3.2 and Galleriffic 2.0 (downloaded 11/2/09)
