add onAfterBuildImage event #68

I needed a onAfterBuildImage event to be able to bind a lightbox to a link
in the caption. I've set up an example page here:

Have you tried the onTransitionIn event handler, which essentially is fired just
after the image is built?

Oops I just noticed that onTransitionIn is fired just a few lines before the 
end of
buildImage. Works fine too when using this event. Therefore, forget this issue 
and
