I can edit placeholder text #102

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use fiddler Modem speeds feature
2. Set cursor in input field during loading page
3. I can edit placeholder text

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Placeholder text will be hidden

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version: 3.1.4
IE8

That fix would not work, because it would cause other problems.

If you have especially slow-loading pages, then do not show the watermarks 
until after the page has loaded.
