no color on google chrome

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. No color on google chrome with the watermark css

only the light grey color is displayed on google chrome ver 4.0.249.89
(38071) with whatever watermark css

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

This is not a bug.  To override native browser support for watermarks (and to 
thus 
use the plugin's abilities instead of the browser's functionality), configure 
the 
$.watermark.options.useNative option.  This is described on the project Home 
page.
