Internet explorer 8 troubles #43

What steps will reproduce the problem?

I'm assuming that the following phenomenon is a general problem.

Example to reproduce the error:
1. In Ie8, go to www.zuross.com
2. click into the newsletter fields
3. another element on the page fades when you click on the newsletter fields
