Readme refers to our *specific* experiment; I suggest we change it to make it generic #16

The current version of readme.md gives a version of the proposed details/process for our specific experiment. I suggest we (I can do) rewrite it to make this a more generic readme for both experimenters and nonexperimental seeders/watchers in the EA community.

I will also put a specific readme in the other github repo https://github.com/daaronr/sponsorship_design_analysis repo laying out our specific proposed process.
