This will be reconsidered after TWOEARS/localisation-training-pipeline#3 is solved.

Hi Ning.

I don't think we will have to merge this. But as the training code is now checked to be working, could you please use it to generate a model with a resolution of 1deg. At our server it took me 10 days to train 5deg, so I'm a little bit afraid to start it here ;)
