Unfortunately normpdf() and normcdf() which were both used in estimateMaskGmm() are only available in the Statistics and Machine Learning Toolbox of Matlab.
To solve this problem, I added both functions directly to estimateMaskGmm(), could you please check if they are implemented correctly and merge this branch if this is the case.
