Raw and integrated localisation data use hypothesis classes.
This adds instructions to NumberOfSourcesKS to switch more easily between either when prototyping testing.
Not fully configurable from the outside yet, not sure if needed. For now it uses time-integrated localisation by default, which should be more robust.
