The usage of "Files" subsection was not consistent in the impulse response section. This pull request adds a "Files" subsection to every entry (besides the QU Spirit, as this is handled in another pull request). This is also consistent with the listening test entries.
If you agree, you can merge this. Otherwise I would propose to remove the "Files" sub section for the Ilmenau BRIR data set.
