Cleanup code #3

The cleanup branch incorporates the following changes (that are not completed yet)

[x] switch to SOFA format for BRIRs, see TWOEARS/binaural-simulator#11
[x] cleanup code to be in line with http://docs.twoears.eu/dev/coding-style-guide
[ ] add short documentation/tutorial to README.md
[x] fix handling of stored data, see #1 and #2

I have now tested this branch by retraining the models for 5deg and comparing the results with the learned models from our database. There were only minor deviations, so I suspect that the code is working now and we can finally merge this.
