Editing Word Docs for MA Lead

all MA Lead courses (Kelly to trigger when course is ready to convert to Word).

Instructions

Please convert the Moodle Books of the following courses to word docs:

Week of July 8th:

• [ ] MA Lead Course Template (6 weeks). We don't need any Moodle content in the Word docs, but just the content of the Moodle Books (Units).
• [ ] Do we have a template of a Moodle Book? In the MA Lead template we have the LDRS 502 content as an example, but it would be helpful to have one with placeholders for content. https://twuonline.github.io/bookdown-template/)
• [x] Here is a generic Assessment template doc as well for the content of the Assessment tab. Please feel free to edit for what Production needs.
• [x] LDRS 500: Leadership Foundations (6 week Working Master)
  • [x] Scholarly Learning Foundations

Week of July 15:

• [x] LDRS 502: Team Leadership + Conflict Resolution (6 week Working Master) - Please also let @SandyFranco33 know when the word docs are complete for 502.
• [x] LDRS 591: Scholarly Inquiry (6 week Working Master)

Let's start there, and then I'll let you know the next ones to tackle.

Thank you so much, Chloe, for working on this. It's looking fantastic!

I have a couple of quick questions for you and Kelly. Could we standardize the image size in the unit overviews for the MA Lead courses to match the image size used in the 500 course? Please see the attached screenshot for reference.

Maybe the image on the template was just a sample, but I wanted to ask. Also, I think we need to update the following:

@Jeff-TWU Sandy have a question about MA Lead MB overview image above.

@cmadland @chloecwh We might address this in the CoP this morning, but which template are we asking Deb to edit?

The MA Lead template in Moodle Books is approved by the LDRS department. There are differences between their template and our TOP template, including:

• Activity Menu (not checklist)
• Unit Overview page doesn't list assessment
• Has Learning Activities header before activities
• Summary page has summary and Checking Your Learning

The LDRS 500 word docs has our TOP template. Will be make those changes to MB when editing is done? @cmadland perhaps we connect with Mark to change the MA Lead template to make it consistent?

From today's meeting, we discussed that:

• editor will make comments on "MB converted Quarto word docs"
• TOP template wordings is not finalize and is store on @inoklim-twu computer locally
• hoping to connivence MA lead to switch to Quarto for a single source of truth
