Production - BA Lead Courses in Bookdown & Moodle #955

Checklist for BA Lead courses. (Not a priority...for now. Part of iperc program)

Please check that the Bookdown is properly formatted and the Moodle Shells are created with the BA Lead Master Template (same as GX for now)

Hi all! Just checking on the progress here. These aren't needed until the fall, so not a high priority. However, IDs and SMEs will need to review & possibly revise before then. (by April?)

Note Simone is revising LDRS 300, 302, 303, 310 & 410. @Nataliadsanchez do you need bookdown for the edits? (e.g. to create a Word doc). These 5 courses are a priority.

@Mara is reviewing 301, 320, 420 & 330 so please let her know when 420 & 330 are complete.

Just want to give an update as the workflow became complicated. Colin has agreed to simplify workflow by moving GRAV to templated doc directly (+ .archive-course in bookdown, I will work on it). I will provide a OneDrive folder to store each course docs.

Progress of priority requests: Natalia: LDRS 300 (Natalia made her docs, Chloe is working on presentation slides -due today) - done 302 - done 303, 310 & 410 (start this week)

Mara: LDRS 420 (Meher working on it, expected delivery: 1.5 week) 330 (Chloe convert to doc) - done

Please let me know if you have other feedback, we can talk about it on Wednesday meeting!

@chloecwh instead of providing a OneDrive folder, it would be good to have a copy of the werd document in the course repo. ID's can create a working copy of that file in OneDrive for collaborating with SMEs. Links to the working copy can also be in an issue in the repo.

Or, maybe we use the README in each repo to track links to collaborative files...

@kmarjanovic Update on (converting to docs) production progress: LDRS 310 -Meher started last week LDRS 410 - Chloe halfway through LDRS 432 - Dave delayed the production request until the fall

Hi, @kmarjanovic. I did not start on LDRS 310 last week. @chloecwh, do you remember we had a meeting on Friday, and we discussed getting LDRS 420 in Bookdown first?

Hey @meher-ahmed, yes we did have a meeting on LDRS 420, in which you showed me your process of converting from bookdown files to word docs. Since Word docs are done, can you move on to LDRS 310?
