I'm working on some of this today.
note: there are 2 masters. Could you check which has been updated more recently? LDRS 627 (Master) LDRS 627 (Flexible)
The Flexible version has no participants, and is directing to a dead link. I'm going to guess that Master (which has participants) is most recent.
Above question for @kmarjanovic
@Jeff-TWU perhaps wait a week or two on 627. We're still confirming the SME, so there's no rush for bookdown yet. I can review the two versions and let you know which to use.
Just a note - the participants wouldn't make a difference in the masters. We'd need to look at git pages to find out which has been updated. e.g. Flexible (pages) masters were made 2020, but then we reverted back to the other layout. Instructors may have had a different preference and updated either version. I'll have to dig in a bit.
@kmarjanovic Working through these but I need some direction.
I'm working on the Bookdown versions first.
LDRS 627 | Theory & Practice of Adult Education
- [x] Bookdown
- [ ] Moodle Master
This is paused, I'm waiting to hear which version to work with.
LDRS 662 | Culturally Responsive Communication and Facilitation
- [x] Bookdown
- [ ] Moodle Master
I just put the Bookdown version together
LDRS 663 | Coaching for Transformational Blended Learning
[ ] Moodle Master
@cmadland @kmarjanovic I'm going to need some direction on what should be done with this. This is quite a deviation from the typical format.
LDRS 664 | Creating and Leading Authentic Learning Communities
[ ] Bookdown LDRS 664 Bookdown
- [ ] Moodle Master - LDRS 664 - Moodle MASTER;
Note 664 bookdown & moodle shell need to be updated to our format
The Bookdown version appears to be formatted correctly. @kmarjanovic Is there anything in particular you are wanting reformatted?
LDRS 667 | Practicum (Personal and Professional Practice and Reflection)
[x] Bookdown
[ ] Moodle Master
I just built the bookdown version.
@Jeff-TWU we are going to take all assessment info out of bookdown...but for now let's not modify the original grav content without sme/ID input. I think it will help the sme to see those instructions in context first, like they're used to, and then the ID can comment & use tracked changes in the word doc to modify those sections.
We'll pull out those pieces for a separate Assessment word doc.

@kmarjanovic Thanks Kelly. For clarity, I was referring to removing assessments from the Bookdown versions. I'm not making any changes in the grav version.
@Jeff-TWU For 664 we can't make changes as there's a current course running. Once that's done, we can revise. In the meantime we'll need the word doc.

Even for bookdown versions - since all of these courses are about to start minor revisions, we need the original grav content in bookdown (with assessment) so the SMEs & IDs can edit the word doc.
@cmadland is the SME for 663. He needs to confirm which version to use:
https://ma-lead.github.io/ldrs663/ ( I assume this) https://twuonline.github.io/663-book/index.html

@kmarjanovic Sounds good. Assessments are still in at this point. I'll focus on getting the docs ready. Docs have been rendered for a few courses. Waiting on more input before I can build more books/render more docs.
@chloecwh Below is a sample doc, what is your process for formatting it? LDRS-662.docx
@Jeff-TWU The doc looks good, I would just split it into intro and units docs, as that's how ID send them back to us!
I would send all the files via git issues within the repo (eg 622) so there's a copy on git!

About LDRS 627, Master uses ldrs-master Flexible uses https://far.twu.ca/ldrs/627-202108/u1/overview -> which is archived in the ldrs-master
Can we go ahead and copy the master content?
@Jeff-TWU Please use the master (not flexible) - https://github.com/TWUOnline/ldrs-master/tree/master/pages/20.627
Thank you! A note too - Colin is the SME for 627; ID unassigned (likely Sandra)
Course
Please check that the Bookdown is properly formatted and the Moodle Shells are created with the BA Lead Master Template (same as GX for now) (even though it's MA Lead)
All links should be in Notion: MA Leadership Course Links Graduate Certificate in Coaching & Facilitation
