Incorrect Contact Information #1

In block 5 of BagIt_ScienceBase_process_OBIS.ipynb, my email address is incorrect. It's albenson@usgs.gov (abenson goes to Amy Benson at WARC). Happy to update it myself if you would like to give me access to edit this repo so I don't have fork just for that small change.
