Focused selection lost on rotation #2

Take a picture
Observe focused rectangle (green)
Rotate
Picture and selection stays
Normal rectangle (blue) shown

Expected: stay focused.

The above was the case when reported, since then something fix this, because rotationKeepsTheImage passes with FOCUSES+FOCUSED locally, but on CI FOCUSED+NORMAL is the one that's passing. See #1.

Investigate the magic event that fixes this.

Similar to https://github.com/TWiStErRob/net.twisterrob.libraries/issues/8, the issue only manifests in certain devices: emulators.zip
