- Split non-AGP stuff to #91 to get it early.
- Otherwise on hold, because IDEA cannot handle 8.2.0 and BLT needs IDEA for Micronaut / AppEngine / etc.
- Unblocked by https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-340400/Merge-Android-Studio-Hedgehog-Stable
