Add bloom over neo4j #26

Bloom needs a neo4j enterprise server license.

semspect only works on neo4j version 3.5.*, we are using version 4.0

added neo4j_3_5 running on singularity instance ne4j2

Looks like Bloom is installed in the desktop version - check it out.

Also consider APOC https://neo4j.com/docs/labs/apoc/current/

Bloom still needs the enterprise version on the server. Not working.
