[BUGFIX] Allow record insertion on page root-level for address_mm #84

split #58 in multible PRs - while not changing the code style of the existing code

Ah, sorry. Just saw you are able to add caretaker records to root. Not sure why this is necessary but anyhow this patch is valid then.
