I don't think rc's, alpha's and beta's (development versions) should be checked for en version control test.

I have added the option of ignoring dev-versions.

I have updated this task, as it is refering to the issue. http://forge.typo3.org/issues/33194

Hej,

i'd love to merge 5d6f071 (option to ignore the dev versions in TYPO3 Core Version test). But this pull request seems to contain a lot of more changes, which are totally not related to that fix/feature.

Could you please send me a clean pull request for each single feature?
