[BUGFIX] Class 'tx_caretakerinstance_ServiceFactory' not found #88

In TYPO3 v7 classic installation without composer and a case-sensitive os this class cannot be found. The exception is shown in caretaker-server when accessing the eid with tests for insecure_extensions or TYPO3 Core Version.

@TehTux please check if this change is ok (since a whole rename/refactor to propper classnames for the v2 version isn't an option)
