TYPO3: Replace link targets of `typo3/tailor` documentation with `docs.typo3.org/other/typo3/tailor/master/en-us/` #160
which links reliably to the latest development version.
P.S.: As soon as there is a way to link to the latest stable TYPO3 Tailor version, replace docs.typo3.org/other/typo3/tailor/master/en-us/ with this new url scheme, for example docs.typo3.org/other/typo3/tailor/latest/en-us/.
Redirecting the user to the TYPO3 Tailor documentation should be done by the link target
which links reliably to the latest development version.
