TYPO3: Reflect new TYPO3 repository path `github.com/typo3/typo3` #161

The TYPO3 source code is not provided anymore at git.typo3.org and the TYPO3 GitHub source code path has changed from https://github.com/TYPO3/TYPO3.CMS to https://github.com/typo3/typo3. So these changes have to be reflected in the TYPO3 universe:

https://git.typo3.org/Packages/TYPO3.CMS.git -> https://github.com/typo3/typo3
git://git.typo3.org/Packages/TYPO3.CMS.git -> git@github.com:typo3/typo3.git
git.typo3.org as mirror -> GitHub
TYPO3/TYPO3.CMS -> typo3/typo3
