TYPO3: Disable all dummy urls with `:samp:` #164

Currently dummy urls like

http://localhost
http://example.com
http://yourdomain.com

etc. are linked in some places of the TYPO3 documentation. In order to avoid linking of dummy urls, apply the reST directive :samp: to disable linking.

For example

With the URL http://www.example.com/test/doc.php?id=3 in our text we will get the following results:

should become

With the URL :samp:`http://www.example.com/test/doc.php?id=3` in our text we will get the following results:
