TYPO3: Move `screenshots.json` to subfolder `Documentation/` #169

The screenshots.json should be placed in the subfolder Documentation/ of a project instead of the project root.

For example

/TYPO3CMS-Tutorial-SitePackage/screenshots.json

should be moved to

/TYPO3CMS-Tutorial-SitePackage/Documentation/screenshots.json
