TYPO3: Check and update all hints of the Extension Builder #174

The documentation of the Extension Builder will have been reworked with https://github.com/FriendsOfTYPO3/extension_builder/pull/539 and the Extension Builder tool has seen some improvements this year too. Check all related hints in the official TYPO3 documentation and update accordingly.
