TYPO3: Archive and delete outdated repositories

Sweeping day! Archive or delete the following repositories of the TYPO3 Documentation Team:

Deleting

1. TYPO3-Documentation/TYPO3CMS-Tutorial-CreatingExtensions => abandoned, no reaction from author Michael Schams for quite some time
2. TYPO3-Documentation/store_inventory => transform fork into own repository and inform Sybille to remove hers

Archiving

1. TYPO3-Documentation/fluid-documentation-generator => transform fork into own repository and inform Anja / Claus to archive theirs

Temporarily keeping

1. TYPO3-Documentation/TYPO3CMS-Reference-FileAbstractionLayer => keep until TYPO3 v8 is not supported anymore by ELTS
2. TYPO3-Documentation/TYPO3CMS-Guide-Extbase => keep until TYPO3 v8 is not supported anymore by ELTS

To detach a GitHub fork and transform into own repository do

if you visit support.github.com/contact?tags=rr-forksm and type as subject "detach fork from parent repo", the option is given of getting help from GitHub's Virtual Assistant via web-based chat. It asks for the repo URL, you give it, and voila! It's done. – phlummox, Jan 25 at 15:25

1. It worked fine with TYPO3-Documentation/fluid-documentation-generator by creating a GitHub support ticket 1442691 with all required information.
2. It did not work with TYPO3-Documentation/store_inventory which is not recognized as fork by the virtual assistant, probably due to the original repository being archived in meantime. Checking with @sypets .
