[TASK] Align with new TYPO3 documentation standards #183

align README.rst, Settings.cfg, Index.rst, Includes.rst.txt
rename Includes.txt to Includes.rst.txt
fix most rendering warnings
remove unused pages
remove outdated pages from TOC
remove redundant pages
