In google SERP (search engine results page) snippets, the text

This site uses third-party website tracking technologies to provide and continually improve our services, and to display advertisements

is displayed. This is unfortunate as the snippets often already give some information or at least contain more context about the search result.

Is there a way to prevent this text?

Also: data-nosnippet to exclude specific text from snippets (but not from indexing) - not sure if other search engines consider this too or only Google:

text marked by the data-nosnippet tag won't appear in featured snippets (or regular snippets either).

You can designate textual parts of an HTML page not to be used as a snippet. This can be done on an HTML-element level with the data-nosnippet HTML attribute on span, div, and section elements.

It looks like this was fixed: I cannot find the text anymore in the HTML source code, e.g. see:
