[TASK] Use --minimal-test CLI option for documentation tests

This allows us to control specific settings needed for mininmal tests (like setting only a single output format) or more for the future.

# Create a new working tree
git worktree add .worktrees/backport-11.5 11.5
# Navigate to the new working tree
cd .worktrees/backport-11.5
# Create a new branch
git switch --create backport-1179-to-11.5
# Cherry-pick the merged commit of this pull request and resolve the conflicts
git cherry-pick 0d29e8b8576961b868da3786edb562d3bdbc65f6
# Push it to GitHub
git push --set-upstream origin backport-1179-to-11.5
# Go back to the original working tree
cd ../..
# Delete the working tree
git worktree remove .worktrees/backport-11.5

Then, create a pull request where the base branch is 11.5 and the compare/head branch is backport-1179-to-11.5.
