So, unfortunately, you cannot make changes by creating pull requests for this repository. You would have to change the code directly in the https://github.com/TYPO3/Fluid repository.

I would currently suggest to ask on Slack in #typo3-documentation for further information as we are already working on converting the formatting from Markdown to reST. See Documentation Team page for information about registering for Slack.
