Change Html theme options and/or remove some parts of the sphinx_typo3_theme ? #207

Hello,

I want to remove the Typo3 logo or replace it by mine. I want to remove the page content option. Change the color of the menus. Are there Html theme options to customize the sphinx_typo3_theme ?
