Adapt dummy `My-Manual/screenshots.json` to latest TYPO3 v11 #211

The dummy My-Manual/screenshots.json does not work anymore: TYPO3 v11 internals foremost related to clipboard panel and direct navigating to urls in the content frame have changed with the latest patches - see

ddev init-screenshot-json
ddev make-screenshots -t My-Manual

This will require some conversation with the core team of how to overcome that.
