It would be great if we could filter the changelogs on https://docs.typo3.org/c/typo3/cms-core/main/en-us/ to find changelog entry by their "Code scanner" state.
The RST files contain an index like "FullyScanned, PartiallyScanned, NotScanned", for example in https://docs.typo3.org/c/typo3/cms-core/main/en-us/_sources/Changelog/13.0/Breaking-102855-RemovedLinkServiceResolveByStringRepresentationHook.rst.txt
This tag currently is not part of the rendered HTML. So probably we either need to fetch this metadata from "somewhere(tm)" or adapt the rendering so that the indexes are emitted as HTML somewhere(tm).
