Acceptance criteria

[x] A label "Min items" is displayed for the property minItems for the field type Image in the Content Blocks Builder GUI
[x] A label "Max items" is displayed for the property maxItems for the field type Image in the Content Blocks Builder GUI

My bad, the label wasn't visible, because it is provided as placeholder text and was overridden by the default values. Why are there default values in the GUI?

I have refactored the markup of input fields, so that the labels are always visible, and removed the default values for min and max items for the field type Image.
