Widget: history of content #15

Create a widget showing the latest changes in content. It should be configurable which part of the page tree is included in this overview, so you can select for example only a part of the tree to show the history.

A Recent changes widget should be flexible to let editors set:

Time period or quantity
User or Usergroup editor is a member of
Provide a pencil for quick access to edit the content

Solved by https://github.com/TYPO3-Initiatives/dashboard/pull/69 which also provides an "upcoming publish state changes" to list pages/content that will be published or unpublished in the future.
