[BUG] Error logging in TikaStatus fails

Describe the bug

TikaStatus tries to log details of errors occuring while testing extraction via Solr Cell, currently an exception occurs:

Call to a member function debug() on null
in /var/www/html/packages/ext-tika/Classes/Report/TikaStatus.php line 266

To Reproduce

• Configure invalid Solr Cell connection data
• Call reports module

Expected behavior

• No exception, logging works

Used versions (please complete the following information):

• TYPO3 Version: 12.4
• EXT:solr Version: 12.0.0
• EXT:tika Version: 12.0.0
