[TASK] Identify extension version by hash #14

Currently on every composer install the ext_emconf of all extensions change even if it's the same extension version. This is somehow annoying in deployment setups

What exactly annoys you? I never had trouble with that.

Ignore the annoying part.. this is due to our cheap deployment setup that utilizes rsync with --checksum.

But nevertheless I think it's nice to have a repeatable identifier for the installed extension.
