[BUGFIX] Make relative symlinks work on Windows #20

Seems like Windows does not like forward slashes in symlinks. Opening them will fail with The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect.

Thanks for the change and sorry that I did not see this for so long. I would now prefer #22 as the implementation is more straightforward
