[FEATURE] Add actions-localize-free & actions-localize-connected #314

Please have a look at the proposed images, they are very small, and almost impossible to see a difference in small size (16x16px). In addition, the icons currently are blurry and the outlines are not set on pixels.

Hi! I just commited 2 new proposals more appropriated for small size and action buttons, not blurry, and outlines set on pixel. I hope it will better fit. connected-free Thank you in advance, Rachel
